Cookie policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They can remember your choices or support services you use. Some services also use browser storage or send usage and performance information without setting cookies.

Cookies and browser storage used by this website

Silktide Consent Manager remembers your choices in this browser's local storage. Its entries are stcm.sfclinpsych.consent.essential, stcm.sfclinpsych.consent.booking and stcm.sfclinpsych.hasConsented. They record consent choices rather than appointment or clinical information. Silktide does not set a cookie to remember these preferences.

Essential storage is always enabled. The optional Online booking choice is off until you allow it. Your saved choices remain in this browser until you change them or clear this website's browser data.

Online booking

The Contact page offers an online booking calendar provided by Halaxy. The embedded calendar loads only after you allow Online booking in the preferences panel. Halaxy and its providers may then use their own cookies and other technologies.

You can withdraw Online booking consent to unload the embedded calendar. This cannot remove cookies already stored by Halaxy or control its separate website. You can use the external booking link without enabling the embedded calendar; opening that link takes you directly to Halaxy. Please review Halaxy's privacy information before using its service.

Consent manager

This website loads the Silktide consent manager's JavaScript and stylesheet from the jsDelivr content delivery network. Your browser connects to that service to download these files. This consent setup does not load analytics or advertising scripts.

Managing your preferences

Use the button below or the cookie icon to reopen the preferences panel and review your choices. You can also delete or block cookies and browser storage using your browser settings. Clearing this website's browser data removes your saved choices, so the banner may appear again.

Blocking cookies can affect sign-in or services provided by third parties. You can continue to read the public website without accepting optional cookies.

Website administration

Authorised editors who sign in to the WordPress administration area use additional cookies for authentication and editor preferences. These are separate from cookies used while browsing the public website.
